Amy Lane is currently SEI Sphere’s Client Implementations and Operations Manager. As new clients contract with SEI Sphere for cybersecurity operations, network operations and cloud services, Amy coordinates the overall implementation tasks and timeline. Amy continues to improve the processes and documentation utilized by the various SEI teams to help make the implementations run smoothly. As clients transition into day-to-day support, Amy and the broader Sphere team strive to ensure the clients’ requests are executed in a timely manner and any incidents are resolved quickly.

Prior to joining the SEI Sphere team, Amy was responsible for SEI’s Disaster Recovery Program. For over 13 years, she managed SEI’s Disaster Recovery test exercises and coordinated with the technology teams to enhance their recovery strategies. Amy also worked closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team on the overall Business Continuity Management Program. 

Amy started with SEI in 2001 after graduating from Georgia Tech with an Industrial Engineering degree. She has also worked in the SEI Private Banking, Private Wealth Management and Institutional business groups. In these groups, Amy varied in her responsibilities – Internal Communications, Regulatory Solutions, Technology Director and Client Service.
