Karen Sullivan is the Chief of Staff for SEI’s Asset Management Unit. In this role, Karen collaborates closely with the Head of Asset Management and other SEI teams to drive strategic business initiatives, enhance structure and strategy, and ensure seamless execution of critical projects. Karen leads focused meetings, plans and coordinates them effectively to transform ideas into reality, guides strategic business initiatives from origination to implementation, identifies and addresses core issues within business processes, and evaluates risk factors for critical business decisions.
In her preceding roles, Karen led the Strategy and Solutions team for SEI’s Institutional Group. She also served as Defined Contribution Strategy Director, Global Content Development Director/RFP Manager, Solutions Director for the North American Trustee Directed Market, Financial Management Analysis Manager for the Global Institutional Advice team, Project Manager on the Advice team, and Investment Analyst. Prior to joining the Institutional Group in 2000, Karen was an Asset Management Account Director for the SEI Community Trust Group, actively servicing the needs of SEI’s asset management bank clients. She previously worked at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Karen earned her bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and her Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. She is a licensed registered representative for various FINRA Series designations.
