Justin Day serves as Executive Director of Institutional Investment Strategy where he specializes in the development and delivery of customized strategic advice and investment management solutions for institutional clients and prospects.

He has extensive experience advising defined benefit, healthcare, insurance, and nonprofit partners on all aspects of their investment programs, including governance, investment policy and strategy, asset allocation, risk management, asset class structure, manager selection, and implementation.

He also acts as a Client Portfolio Manager, acting as a strategic partner to clients regarding all facets of the relationship. He works with his clients to design a custom investment strategy to help meet their goals and monitors their portfolios against objectives.

He is an expert in building custom LDI solutions for plans looking to hedge their liabilities and the associated corporate financial risks.

Justin also served as a Product Specialist for alternative investments, creating and advising on customized alternative investment portfolios for SEI's institutional clients, spanning private assets, structured products, real estate, hedge funds, and opportunistic investments.

Justin previously worked at Towers Watson, where he was responsible for analyzing investment strategies for institutional investors. Prior to that, Justin was a repurchase agreement trader on the relative value fixed income trading desk at Susquehanna International Group. He graduated from St Joseph’s University.
