William Coffey

William Coffey is Chief Data Officer at SEI, leading enterprise data strategy and advancing the development of data- and AI-driven capabilities across the organization. In this role, he oversees the integration of data, analytics, and AI to enhance decision-making, unlock new opportunities, and drive innovation across SEI’s business.

William leads the strategy to transform data into client-focused products and solutions. He partners closely with business and technology leaders to embed intelligence into SEI’s platforms and offerings, aligning data initiatives with the firm’s broader growth objectives and platform strategy. 

With more than two decades of experience in technology, data, and operations, William has held senior leadership roles across financial services and fintech organizations. Prior to joining SEI, he served as Chief Risk and Data Officer at AKUVO and as Chief Technology Officer at WSFS Bank, where he led enterprise technology strategy and delivery in support of business growth and transformation. 

William earned a Bachelor of Science in management and information systems from Saint Joseph’s University.
