Michael Tryniszewski

Michael Tryniszewski is Head of AI Orchestration, leading the integration of AI across the enterprise, advancing AI from experimentation to scaled, enterprise-wide impact, and embedding intelligence into how SEI operates, innovates, and delivers value for clients.

Michael drives the orchestration of SEI’s AI strategy, aligning initiatives across market units and functions to ensure cohesive execution and measurable business outcomes. He partners closely with data, technology, and business leaders to embed AI into SEI’s platforms, products, and decision-making processes, helping position AI as a source of long-term competitive advantage.

Michael brings more than two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation across complex, highly regulated global organizations. He previously held senior leadership roles at Takeda, where he led large-scale data and AI initiatives and helped establish operating models and governance frameworks that scaled solutions from pilot to production. 

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Drexel University School of Engineering and master's degrees in technology management and computer engineering from Villanova University.
