Erich Holland is an Executive Managing Director and serves as the Head of SEI’s Wealth & Advisor business. He is responsible for setting and executing the business and growth strategy, driving scale, and deepening advisor success in the U.S. independent advisor market. Erich also serves on the Asset Management executive leadership team, driving growth across the Wealth & Advisor and Institutional client channels of SEI's business.
Previously serving as Head of the Client Team for SEI’s Advisor business, Erich focused on the go-to-market strategy and execution across the sales, business development, and client relationship management domains of the U.S. Wealth & Advisor business.
He joined SEI in 2010 as a Business Analyst for the SEI Wealth PlatformSM and has served in various roles in which he was responsible for new business development, client relationship management, practice management consulting, and business planning for wealth advisors in the Midwest and Northeast, as well as leading the new client team nationally.
Erich received Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in finance, economics, and accounting from Stetson University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University, specializing in finance and strategic management. Erich holds a FINRA Series 65 license.
