Important Information

Data as of 3/31/25.

Investment services provided by SEI Investments Management Corporation (SIMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (SEI).  SEI Fixed Income Portfolio Management is a team within SIMC. The Quantitative Investment Management team is a team within SIMC’s Investment Management Unit.

This information may not be applicable to all programs offered through Investment Adviser Services.

For those portfolios of individually managed securities, SIMC makes recommendations as to which manager will manage each asset class. SIMC may recommend the termination or replacement of a money manager and the investor has the option to move the account assets to another custodian or to change the manager as recommended.

For those SEI Funds which employ the ‘manager of managers’ structure, SIMC has ultimate responsibility for the investment performance of the Funds due to its responsibility to oversee the sub-advisers and recommend their hiring, termination and replacement.

Investing involves risk including possible loss of principal. There is no guarantee investment objectives will be achieved nor that risk can be managed successfully. Diversification may not protect against market risk.

In addition to the normal risks associated with investing, direct indexing strategies and certain ETF strategies are subject to tracking error risk or the risk that the performance of a portfolio designed to track an index may vary substantially from the performance of the benchmark index it tracks as a result of cash flows, portfolio expenses, imperfect correlation between the portfolio’s and benchmark’s investments and other factors. This risk is magnified when sampling a benchmark index as the strategy may not track the return of its benchmark index as well as it would have if the strategy purchased all of the securities in its benchmark index.

Bonds and bond funds will decrease in value as interest rates rise. There can be no assurance that performance will be enhanced or risk will be reduced for investment strategies that seek to provide exposure to certain quantitative factors. Exposure to such investment factors may detract from performance in certain market environments, in some cases for extended periods. In such circumstances, an investment strategy may seek to maintain exposure to the targeted investment factors and not adjust to target different factors, which could result in losses.

While the multi factor equity strategies are actively managed, the strategies’ investment process is expected to be heavily dependent on quantitative models and the models may not perform as intended. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) guidelines may cause a manager to make or avoid certain investment decisions when it may be disadvantageous to do so. This means that these investments may underperform other similar investments that do not consider ESG guidelines when making investment decisions. ESG and Sustainability are not uniformly defined across the industry.
