Steve provides tax, estate, philanthropy, succession planning and family governance, and values transfer advice to ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients.
Throughout his career, Steve has worked with entrepreneurs, corporate executives and family-owned businesses, providing tax accounting and business consulting services and practicing tax law and estate planning. Prior to joining our team, his career took him to a “Big 4” accounting firm and a local Fortune 500 company. He was also a partner in multiple entrepreneurial real estate brokerage startup ventures.
Steve held top positions at accounting and law firms. He has a J.D. and LL.M. in taxation and estate planning from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University, and he earned an MBA from Temple’s Fox School of Business. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and maintains a Pennsylvania real estate brokerage license. He was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2013.
A highly active networker, Steve has participated in numerous committees at Drexel University, Mural Arts Philadelphia, JEVS Human Services, the World Affairs Council and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. He is very active in Philadelphia-area philanthropy, having served as board secretary for the Philadelphia History Museum, on the Drexel Board of Governors and on the SEI Cares board. He continues to serve as President of Spells Writing Lab, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to fostering a love of creative writing among schoolchildren.
