SEI and its subsidiaries
Bill Doran is a consultant and a retired partner in the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, which provides legal services to SEI, our subsidiaries, and our investment products.
As a partner from 1976 to 2003, Bill served as SEI’s outside legal counsel. He has served on our Board of Directors since 1985, and brings extensive legal expertise and experience with SEI and its subsidiaries. He is chair of the Legal and Regulatory Oversight Committee.
Mr. Doran was formerly a trustee of various SEI-related trusts, each of which is an investment company for which our subsidiaries act as advisor, administrator and/or distributor. Mr. Doran also served as a director of certain of SEI’s subsidiaries until he retired from these positions during 2024 and 2025.
