With 15 years of industry experience, Bob most recently served as Managing Director and U.S. Head of Factor and Outcome ETFs at BlackRock, leading the iShares U.S. Factor ETF business. Prior to joining BlackRock, he was a senior research analyst and portfolio manager at Ladenburg Thalmann, managing more than $2 billion in global, multi-asset mutual fund and model portfolios. Bob began his career at VanEck Global, where he supported the distribution of mutual funds and ETFs to financial advisors.

Bob is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business and a certificate in financial policy and analysis from Lafayette College.

She joined the NFL from ESPN, where served as Director of Technology before becoming a Predictive Analytics Analyst. Earlier roles included strategic planning for Disney ABC Television Group and finance and strategy analysis for the NFL. Cynthia earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston College and both an MBA in finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation and an MS in predictive analytics from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she is a marathon runner, fitness instructor, DonorsChoose supporter, animal-rescue advocate, and a recurring contributor to Animal Planet/Discovery’s Puppy Bowl.
