Wasil Mohar is a Client Strategy Director at SEI, providing strategic asset allocation advice to institutional investors and managing a number of relationships. 


Prior to joining SEI, Wasil spent 14 years at Willis Towers Watson, most recently as a Senior Investment Consultant, managing relationships and providing advice to a range of sophisticated institutional asset owners including company and state pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and family offices in the UK and overseas. His particular areas of focus included asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, liability hedging, and cash flow matching. 

Having started his career within the actuarial team at Willis Towers Watson (then Watson Wyatt), Wasil also has a wealth of experience in advising both trustees and sponsors of large defined benefit pension schemes on all aspects of funding, investment strategy, liability management and asset / liability and cash flow modelling. 

Wasil earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from Middlebury College, U.S. He is a Fellow of both the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
