Inclusion, Opportunity, and Belonging Council.

Comprised of passionate employees from across the company, this council:

  • Act as strategic advisors: Recommending actionable policies to ensure IOB aligns with the broader Company values and goals.
  • Advocacy: Review policies to promote fair and equitable talent practices.
  • Workforce engagement: Gathering feedback from employees within their business units and fostering and environment of psychological safety.
  • Accountability tracking: Assess progress on IOB initiatives and discuss potential remediation measures for continuous improvement.
  • IOB Champions: Promote IOB initiative that promote inclusive culture competencies.
