- Act as strategic advisors: Recommending actionable policies to ensure IOB aligns with the broader Company values and goals.
- Advocacy: Review policies to promote fair and equitable talent practices.
- Workforce engagement: Gathering feedback from employees within their business units and fostering and environment of psychological safety.
- Accountability tracking: Assess progress on IOB initiatives and discuss potential remediation measures for continuous improvement.
- IOB Champions: Promote IOB initiative that promote inclusive culture competencies.
