1. Register and log in

Your advisor will email you a link with an invitation to register your online account.

Welcome to the SEI Investor Portal.

To get started, your advisor will send you an email inviting you to get setup with your online access.

To begin, click on the "Let's Get Started" button. This will open your internet browser with the first step to confirm your identity. Click on get code to receive a one time pin via text message or phone call. Enter the pin once received and click validate.

You will now be prompted to create your account with just a few steps. First, create a user name and password. You may hover over the informational icon to view the user name and password requirements. Lastly, you can view and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and click "create account".
Any open accounts with SEI will automatically be available for you to view and you will be prompted for electronic delivery of documents for fast and secure access. Congratulations! You now have access to the investor portal. Begin adding accounts to complete your financial picture and start collaborating with your advisor today.

2. Download the mobile app

Available on the App Store or Google Play. Simply search "SEI Connect - Investor."

3. Begin exploring!

Toggle between the different views to see your account balances and holdings, performance, and cash flow at a given timeframe. Start uploading documents in the Files section for you and your advisor to review together. You can upload directly from your desktop or through the mobile app’s scanning technology.

Now that you've registered your access, let's dive in to explore the investor portal.

We'll start on the website where your home page will show you summary information for all of your accounts. The left hand side of the page will display your total net worth along with the accounts which make up this value. All of your accounts with SEI will automatically be included. You can add any additional accounts to get a complete financial picture in one place. Do so by selecting add Account, select the account type, and then connect with your other financial institutions.

The home page also displays any open tasks, your net worth over time, cash flow for any added spending accounts, and the asset allocation for your investment accounts. You can interact with the graphs by selecting different time frames.

Click on my accounts to take a deeper dive into your account details. You can navigate across the top to view a summary by your specific account types. You can select any account to view balance history, holdings, transactions, and much more.

Click on files to view your SEI Statements and Tax forms and collaborate with your advisor by uploading files to share.

Lastly, use the profile page to personalize your experience. You can select light or dark mode, your notifications preference, and add a profile picture.

Now Let's switch to the mobile app which is available to download on both the apple app store and google play by searching SEI Connect Investor.

The mobile app allows you to access all of the same information on the website plus more with the convenience only a mobile device can provide.

You can log in easily using your Face ID or fingerprint. Once logged in, you will be presented with a summary of your accounts. You can interact with the graph to view your value and change over time. Scroll down to view your asset allocation and tap on any account to drill down into further details.

The files tab has all of the same capabilities as the website but the mobile device also allows you to scan documents to share with your advisor. Simply click upload file and scan document. Hover over the document you wish to scan and the scanner will automatically capture the document. Scan as many pages as needed and tap save. You can edit the name of the file and tap upload to save.

Lastly, the menu contains your profile, advisor contact, and settings to allow you to personalize your experience.
