The entity identified in your relationship or communication will ordinarily be responsible for the relevant processing. Please note that where SEI Singapore processes your personal data as a data intermediary on behalf of another financial institution with whom you have a direct relationship, the privacy disclosures provided by that financial institution shall govern the processing of your personal information.
This notice explains how SEI Singapore collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains and transfers personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request information, engage with us as a client, prospective client, investor, representative, service provider or business partner, or otherwise interact with us.

Depending on the nature of your relationship with us, we may use the personal data we collect about you or that you provide to us:
We may disclose personal data to SEI affiliates, clients, professional advisers, technology and operational service providers, regulators, public authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, and other parties where authorised or required by applicable law. Service providers are contractually required to use personal data only for the purposes specified in our agreements and to protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information to

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, to meet applicable legal, regulatory, contractual or legitimate business requirements, or as otherwise permitted by law. When personal data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete it or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.
Personal data may be transferred outside Singapore where needed to support our services, business operations or legal and regulatory obligations. Where this occurs, we take appropriate steps to ensure the overseas recipient is bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), unless a prescribed exception applies.
Under the PDPA, you may have the right to request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control, including information about how we have used or disclosed that personal data within the past year, and to request correction of personal data that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
