Wayne M. Withrow

Wayne M. Withrow is an Executive Vice President of SEI and Head of Global Asset Management, responsible for the business and growth strategy across our asset management businesses and related units globally. 

He leads our Advisor business, Institutional business, Investment Management Unit, Asset Management Distribution business, and Private Wealth Management business.

A 30-year SEI veteran, Wayne joined as a Vice President in our legal department and has held numerous positions, including Chief Information Officer, responsible for corporate technology, strategy and implementation; and Senior Vice President and Managing Director, responsible for TRUST 3000®.  Most recently serving as Head of our Advisor business, Wayne also previously led our Investment Manager Services division.

Prior to joining SEI, Wayne practiced corporate law at Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis, specializing in information technology and financial services. Previously, he served as a law clerk for the U.S. court system in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche.

Wayne graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He obtained his law degree from Villanova University's School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Wayne also holds Series 6; 7; 24; and 63 licenses.
