Global Wealth Services Topic of Interest Series - Part 1 of 5

Spurred by the desire to take a global perspective on the U.S., UK, and Canadian markets, SEI and independent research firm Scorpio Partnership examined the drivers of trust within the wealth management industry.

Between October 2009 and October 2010, in-depth interviews were conducted comparing the views of 250 U.S., UK and Canadian private clients and wealth management providers, including banks, independent trust companies, and investment advisors.  The research uncovered five key senses of client centricity, which became the key divers of this Topic of Interest series:
