Information About Mutual Funds
The SEI Investments mutual funds’ units are offered through authorized dealers in all relevant Canadian jurisdictions. Commissions, trailing commissions, management fees and expenses all may be associated with mutual fund investments and the use of an asset allocation service. Please read the prospectus or other offering document of the mutual funds in which investments may be made before investing in either a mutual fund or an asset allocation service. Mutual fund securities are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by any other government deposit insurer. Mutual funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and past performances may not be repeated. For money market funds, there can be no assurances that a fund will be able to maintain its net asset value per unit at a constant amount or that the full amount of your investment in the fund will be returned to you.

Performance
Except as otherwise noted, the indicated rates of return for each mutual fund and asset allocation service are the historical annual compounded total returns including changes in unit value and reinvestment of all distributions. The rates of return for periods of less than one year are simple rates of return. The performance data provided for the Money Market Fund assumes reinvestment of distributions only. The indicated rates of return for the SEI Asset Allocation Portfolios assume the investment strategy recommended by this asset allocation service is used and are after deduction of the fees and charges in respect of the service. Rates of return do not take into account sales, redemption, distribution or optional charges or income taxes payable by any security holder that would have reduced returns.
