March 12, 2009 by SEI Knowledge Partnership

Regulators around the globe are circling the wagons. Some form of hedge fund and hedge fund advisor regulation appears inevitable in most major jurisdictions in light of:

This web seminar replay covers:

  • The anticipated scope of US regulatory approach, including an overview of pending US legislation and a possible self-regulatory body for US registered advisors
  • The anticipated scope of pan-European regulatory approach
  • Impacts of investor demand for transparency, including the evolving trend toward the use of managed accounts in the FoHF space

You can also download the Executive Summary of the seminar.

  • Moderator: Phil Masterson, Managing Director, SEI
