Albert Chiaradonna is Senior Vice President of SEI’s Private Banks segment. He is responsible for leading the global relationship organization. He works closely with current clients to ensure execution of quality service and to provide market feedback to the business solution team.
Prior to this role, Mr. Chiaradonna was responsible for Private Banks’ global strategy, as well as developing and delivering market and solution innovations to improve client partners’ competitive advantages. Before joining SEI’s Private Banks segment, Mr. Chiaradonna served as the director of strategy and innovation for SEI’s Investment Manager Services division. During his tenure there, it became one of SEI’s fastest growing segments, highlighted by the launch of a holistic outsourcing offering that addressed the business model challenges of the independent money manager.
Prior to joining SEI, Mr. Chiaradonna was the CEO of an Internet consulting firm and served in several roles with Andersen Worldwide. As a consultant, his clients included Sallie Mae and Freddie Mac, GMAC, America Online, VerticalNet, PECO Energy, Olin Chemical, Dow Jones, and MBNA.
Mr. Chiaradonna has spoken at numerous industry events on topics relating to wealth management industry dynamics, the evolving competitive landscape, utilizing outsourcing as a strategic business tactic, and transforming business models.
Mr. Chiaradonna serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova University, teaching strategic management for the Executive MBA program. He also holds advisory roles with the Public Accounting Network Group of Philadelphia, the Executive Business School at Villanova, and sits on several boards.
Mr. Chiaradonna received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also holds a CPA designation.
