Wayne M. Withrow is an Executive Vice President of SEI and has P&L responsibility for the SEI Advisor Network. He is also a member of SEI’s management committee.

Mr. Withrow joined SEI in 1990 as a vice president in its legal department and since that time has held numerous positions including chief information officer, responsible for corporate technology strategy and implementation; senior vice president; and managing director, responsible for SEI’s Trust 3000 product line. Most recently Mr. Withrow was executive vice president of the company’s Investment Manager Services division.

Prior to joining SEI, Mr. Withrow practiced corporate law at Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis, specializing in information technology and financial services. Previously, he was a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Withrow graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting. He obtained his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Withrow also holds Series 6, Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licenses.
