The Associates Programme

The Associates Programme is a two-year junior leadership programme for graduating students. This programme is designed to create a strong foundation for Associates with the expectation that they will contribute to and eventually drive the future success of SEI.

Our local office is located in Mayfair, London. If you feel that you have something different to offer, and have a desire to effectively communicate your ideas with people, but also want to have fun at work, then we would like to meet you.  Ideal candidates are currently in their final undergraduate or postgraduate year, on track for a first or 2.1, and active on campus through organisations, athletics, volunteerism, or other activities.
