Instructions for Candidates

Q. Where do I begin?

A. New Users: From the job search page, click “Sign In” at the upper lefthand corner, and then "Create a new account." Once you have created an account, add your resume, and then apply for a specific job posting.

*Please do not create multiple accounts. You will be able to customize your resume each time you apply for a job.

A. Returning Users: From the job search page, click "Sign In" at the upper lefthand corner and then enter your email address username and password. This will enable you to:

  • Edit your existing resume
  • Review the status of positions to which you have applied

Q. What if I can't remember my password?

A. From the job search page, click "Sign In" at the upper lefthand corner and then "I have forgotten my password" at the bottom righthand corner of the screen." Enter the email address for the account and your password will be emailed to you.

Q. What if I have already created an profile in the old system?

A. If you have a profile in the old system, you will need to create a new account and add an updated resume. The historic information will be retained but it will not be visible under your new account.

Q. What if I've applied to a job?

A. The recruiters will have that information and you do not need to apply again.

Q. I’ve applied for a job. How can I check the status?

A. You can login to your account and check on the status of your application. If you applied to a job through the old system, you will not be able to see that information, but that information will be on file and you do not have to apply again.

Q. Do I have to submit a resume online?

A. Yes. If you are interested in applying for a job, you will need to create and account, and then submit your resume online for that particular job posting.

Q. What if I want to create a resume but not yet apply for a job?

A. You can create an account at any point in time and then copy and paste your resume in the resume field, use the resume builder, and/or attach a cover letter or other documents.

Q. How do I refer someone?

A. You can send the link of a specific job or direct the person to the corporate website where he/she can create an account and add information, select “employee referral” as the source and your name as the specific referrer.

Q. How do I update my profile?

A. You can login to your account and update your resume information at any time.
